Netta Korin

Netta Korin has been involved philanthropically with Israel for over a decade. Her latest project, Bakery 29 in Tel Aviv, is a bakery and cafe which donates all profits to a scholarship program for low income combat soldiers.

Netta has a masters in international economics. She began her career on Wall Street in 1994 as an investment banker, and over the years progressed to run her own hedge fund, Amgis Global Advisors. Netta worked in London and New York, and made Aliya in 2009.

She sits on the board of Friends of the IDF (where she also served as national treasurer four years in a row), is a member of the Impact committee in Israel, and serves on the board of the IDC university and Ha Shomer ha Chadash. Netta is married to Nadav Shemesh and has a baby daughter.
